BRAZIL: Corruption scandal threatens Lula again

Just as President Lula da Silva appeared to be consolidating his rebound in the opinion polls, tendrils of last year's corruption scandal have reappeared, leading to the first police investigation of a serving minister and threatening to reopen the inquiry into Finance Minister Antônio Palocci.
