CUBA: 'Intelligence mission' as part of 'dirty war'

Cuba's official reaction to the appointment of a new US intelligence 'mission manager' for their country and Venezuela [WR-06-33] roughly echoes that of Caracas. An editorial in the newspaper Juventud Rebelde says the step is part of the 'secret annex' to the Bush administration's plan to speed up the 'transition' in Cuba.
