Brazil hosts a different kind of South-South summit

The high-decibel summit of the Non-Aligned Movement in Havana last week almost completely obscured another diplomatic event taking place further south in Brasí­lia: the first summit of the India-Brazil-South Africa (IBSA) forum, created three years ago with the declared aim of working for a new model of international cooperation based on fair and solidarity trade.
