BOLIVIA: Morales harangues judiciary

President Evo Morales decided to open a new front for the New Year. As if pushing the east of the country to the verge of secession were not enough, Morales chose to berate the supreme court at the start of the judicial year. He said that the current composition of the court was tantamount to an a priori sentence against indigenous people.
