Argentina: Retail sales fell 9.8% year-on-year in September, the thirteenth consecutive fall, according to the Confederación Argentina de la Mediana Empresa (CAME). Sales fell  11.7% year-on-year in the first nine months of 2009. CAME reported that 90% of items were affected, led by electronic consumer goods and furniture.
