OIL: Pdvsa does new deals with Petrocaribe
Venezuela's state oil company Petróleos de Venezuela (Pdvsa) has signed new supply deals with Cuba, Haiti and Nicaragua. According to Pdvsa the new deals cover gas supplies, improve the logistics of fuel supplies and increase supplies of urea, a key component of fertilisers.
