Fernández prepares her wardrobe for a second term
President Cristina Fernández, Argentina's first popularly elected female president, readily admits to an obsession with fashion and appearance. In both of her authorized biographies, Fernández admits that she has been “painting like a door” (a colloquial phrase used to describe a woman who wears lots of make-up) since her teenage years.
