BRAZIL: Lighting the way

This week the German utility giant E.ON AG took a 10% stake in Eike Batista’s energy company MPX, while in Rio and Brasília the president of the US House of Representatives, John Boehner, met officials from Brazil’s state oil giant Petrobras and praised Brazil’s domestic energy policies.
