‘Agricultural nucleus’ breathes sigh of relief

Development: On 8 February Tomás Parenti, the agricultural engineer in charge of monitoring water levels for the agro strategic guide (GEA), a body of the Rosario chamber of commerce, announced that according to his monitoring stations, water levels in the so-called ‘agricultural nucleus’ of Argentina have returned to normal.
