CUBA: No hurry but no pause, says Castro

“Sin prisa pero sin pausa”.  President Raúl Castro says it so often in relation to his so-called ‘updating’ of the Cuban model that he might as well make it the Revolution’s new motto.  However, with Cuba’s main benefactor Venezuela’s President Hugo Chávez ailing again in Havana, Castro must be feeling a bit more hurried.
