PARAGUAY: More EPP raids lead to second thoughts

Another two raids by the Ejército del Pueblo Paraguayo (EPP) appear to be prompting reappraisals of the armed group’s strength and, most importantly, the degree of support it enjoys — even though the raids themselves were very low-level affairs, which caused minor damage and injured only one person.
