Development: On 10 April the governor of the Patagonian province of Neuquén, Jorge Sapag, said ahead of an expected presidential statement tomorrow (12 April), that YPF, the Argentine subsidiary of Spain’s Repsol, should become a “company of mixed economy” (i.e. a joint venture) and be “governed” by the state.
