BOLIVIA | Llama meat exports. A study conducted by US based NGO, Positive Community Impact (PCI), released in Bolivia on 8 May found that there are potential markets for llama meat in the US and Europe. According to the PCI study, which has identified Switzerland, Germany, Sweden, Norway and Finland as the main target markets in Europe, these markets are made up of populations that look for “alternative healthier products and llama meat could be one of them”.
