MEXICO: More bad news
The image of Mexico's police took another knock when a video of
training for special police forces in León, in Guanajuato state, was leaked. The
video showed police officers being physically and mentally abused. The police
commanders in León argued that the training was designed to enable their
officers to withstand torture.
