ARGENTINA: Temporary peace returns to the Caba

The longest strike in the 99-year history of the Buenos Aires City (Caba) metro finally came to an end earlier this week when the representatives of the Metrodelegados (officially the Asociación de los Trabajadores del Subte y Premetro, AGTSYP), one of the unions that groups workers of the metro system, agreed to lift the strike action while wage increase discussions continue with Metrovías, the company that operates the system.
