President Ricardo Martinelli is facing familiar accusations. Last week his Cambio Democrático (CD) along with its ally, Movimiento Liberal Republicano Nacionalista (Molirena) approved a package of electoral reforms which is serving as the latest rallying point for the Frente por la Democracia, the recently created alliance of the two main opposition parties, Partido Panameñista (PPA) and Partido Revolucionario Democrático (PRD) and civil society groups.
