Costa Rica has once again denounced Nicaragua for ignoring a World Court ruling regarding the disputed area next to the lower reaches of the San Juan River. Foreign relations minister, Enrique Castillo, told the recent 67^th UN General Assembly that it could only rely on respect for international law for its defence.
