GRENADA: Grenada in need of an election

The past month has reinforced the impression that Grenada’s National Democratic Congress (NDC) government of Prime Minister Tillman Thomas will hang on to the bitter end of its mandate, only to lose badly when it does eventually face the electorate.  It was elected for a maximum of five years in July 2008.
