ECUADOR: Different calculations, one conclusion

Despite discrepancies in the figures, data from Ecuador’s central bank (BCE), the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the UN’s Economic Commission on Latin America and the Caribbean (Eclac) all point to a slowdown in Ecuador’s heated economic growth.
