Argentina gives Ghana an ultimatum
Development: On 12 November Foreign Minister Héctor Timerman said that the government of Ghana has until today (13 November) to release the Fragata Libertad training vessel, which has been held at the port of Tema since 2 October, or Argentina will take it before the International Tribunal for the Law of the Seas based in Hamburg, Germany.
