Fight for Ñuñoa continues

Development: On 12 November the president of Chile’s Partido Socialista (PS), Osvaldo Andrade, said that his party was considering challenging the latest results provided by the electoral service (Servel) in the contested elections in the Santiago municipality of Ñuñoa, where a recount found that the PS candidate, Maya Fernández Allende, may have lost to the incumbent mayor, Pedro Sabat, by a small margin of 13 votes.
