Argentine bonds move into junk territory

Development: On 27 November Fitch Ratings downgraded Argentina’s foreign currency issuer default rating to ‘CC’, from ‘B’, with a negative outlook in light of a “probable” default as a result of the recent ruling in favouring the 2002 defaulted debt holdouts.
