MEXICO | Major onshore oil find. The state-owned oil company, Pemex, has made the “most important” onshore oil find in Mexico in the last decade, President Felipe Calderón announced this week. This is the third major discovery announced by Calderón in the last few weeks, following two significant recent offshore discoveries made in Mexican territorial waters in the Gulf of Mexico [WR-12-40].
