PERU | New law against funding of terrorism. On 20 November President Ollanta Humala promulgated a law that penalises the funding of terrorism, defined as ‘providing, contributing or collecting funds, financial or economic resources, or financial services, by any means, directly or indirectly, within or without the national territory’ for the purpose of carrying out acts of terrorism.
