EL SALVADOR | CorteIDH rules on El Salvador. The Inter-American Court of Human Rights (CorteIDH) has found the State of El Salvador responsible for the El Mozote massacre, which was carried out by the military during the 1980-1992 civil war, and ordered an investigation into it.
