COLOMBIA | Ecopetrol finds partner for Caribbean exploration efforts. On 13 December Colombia’s state-owned oil firm, Ecopetrol, announced that it had signed an association agreement with US oil firm, Anadarko Petroleum Corporation, to exploit three deep-water exploration and exploitation concession blocs in the Caribbean Sea.
