BRAZIL-CUBA: Quietly, Cuba solidifies ties with Brazil

Cuba’s burgeoning commercial and investment relationship with Brazil has not gone unnoticed and is very suggestive of the fact that for all of President Raúl Castro’s political lip service to Cuba’s main benefactor Venezuela, in reality Havana is playing a more subtle game, carefully courting key investors from a range of friendly countries, with Brazil - and also China - close to the top of that list.
