On 10 June representatives from the seven members of the Central American integration system (Sica) - Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama and Belize – along with the Dominican Republic, attended  a training course organised by Sica in the DR’s capital Santo Domingo, on ‘telecommunications surveillance and intervention to fight organised crime’.
