MEXICO-US: ‘New phase’ with some unclear areas
An agreement with the US on cooperation along the common border is being hailed as a new phase in bilateral relations. The capture of Zetas leader Miguel Ángel Treviño Morales and another case involving extradition, show that there are still unclear areas on the legal front as regards anti-drug matters.
