BRAZIL: Congress gears up for busy agenda

Though there are far fewer protesters on the streets of Brazil than there were in June, a new type of citizen activism is keeping congressional deputies on their toes. A number of highly contentious bills are also up for debate in the next few weeks meaning there will be more scrutiny than usual of developments in Brasília.
