Selic back to double digits as Brazil’s 2014 outlook complicates

Development: On 27 November Brazil’s central bank’s monetary council (Copom) unanimously voted to lift the benchmark Selic interest rate 50 basis points to 10% (without bias), putting it at its highest level since March 2012.
