The UN Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC)'s Preliminary Overview of regional economies is looking for real annual growth across the region to accelerate to 3.2% in 2014, up from 2.6% in 2013. However, in many countries, domestic demand will face headwinds.
