Development: On 26 February Isidro Martínez Ureña, the lawyer of San Francisco de Macorís (SFM) Mayor Félix Manuel Rodríguez Grullón, said that his client would turn himself in to the authorities to face charges of embezzlement and malfeasance of public funds presented against him as soon the cruise he is currently embarked in returns to the Dominican Republic (DR) on 1 March.
