The office of the procurator of military justice has moved on from arresting those directly involved in the Tlatlaya massacre [SSR-14-07] to
those higher up in the chain of command suspected of having covered up the incident and perhaps other breaches of military rules. On 16 October it issued orders for the house arrest of a colonel and a general.
