MEXICO: PRI criticises but does not propose
The opposition Partido Revolucionario Institucional (PRI), which has
a majority in the lower house of congress (thanks to its alliance with the
Partido Verde Ecologista de México), is continuing to grumble about the
government's proposed 2010 budget. Significantly, however, the PRI has not made
a coherent suggestion about what it would change.
