The Summit of the Americas (SOA) held in Panama City on 10-11 April will go down in history as a major political landmark, symbolised by the handshake between Presidents Barack Obama of the US and Raúl Castro of Cuba. But it wasn’t all politics: ahead of the SOA, Panama also hosted the second Chief Executive Officer Summit of the Americas (known as II CEO).
