INDUSTRY: PULP MILLS - New ‘biggest investment’ & obstruction from Argentina

New investment in Uruguay’s pulp industry is lower than that planned originally for the Aratirí iron ore project, but when added to what is already committed to the existing pulp mill it comes close. Expansion of that first mill, installed before José Mujica took office, is still threatened by an Argentine threat to resort for a second time to the International Court of Justice (ICJ).
