Argentina: Government loses Bariloche

Development: With roughly half the votes counted in the 6 September election for mayor of the southern city of Bariloche, the pro-government incumbent, María Eugenia Martini, accepted defeat, coming in second place with 23.1% behind the opposition candidate Gustavo Gennuso, who took 47.7%.
