Victimisation survey underlines crime problem
On 30 September Mexico’s national statistics institute, Inegi, published its annual victimisation survey, considered one of the most comprehensive regular investigations into crime and perceptions of crime carried out in Latin America. Here, we look at some of the main conclusions of the survey, officially know as the Encuesta Nacional de Victimización y Percepción sobre Seguridad Pública, or Envipe 2015.
