Lenín Moreno, the presidential candidate for the ruling left-wing Alianza País (AP), has established a decisive lead over Guillermo Lasso, his rival from the centre-right Movimiento Creo, ahead of the second round of elections on 2 April, according to several opinion polls published in recent days.
