Gov’t concessions divide Haiti’s transport sector
Development: On 30 September the local press reported that the Parti Haïtien Tèt Kale (PHTK) government led by President Jovenel Moïse had backtracked over certain taxes affecting the transport sector which were introduced in the new State budget, promulgated last month.
