CUBA: Micro financing the Revolution

Capitalism continues to inch its way into Cuba. On 30 March state media announced that the government led by President Raúl Castro had authorized banks to offer credit to farmers and small business owners, another small step forward in Cuba's self-styled “updating" of its economic model.
