* Ecuador’s state-owned oil company Petroecuador has signed a new contract with its Peruvian counterpart, Petroperú, to supply a total of 3.9m barrels of 'Oriente' crude from January-November 2019. This is the second time that a contract of this nature has been signed by the two companies. In May they signed a deal whereby Petroecuador would supply Petroperú with a total volume of 2.88m barrels of Oriente crude in eight shipments of 360,000 barrels.
