* Cuba’s President Miguel Díaz-Canel has dismissed his finance minister Lina Pedraza and the transport minister Adel Yzquierdo. These are the first changes to the cabinet appoitned last year after Díaz-Canel took over the presidency in April 2018. In the post since 2009, Pedraza will be replaced by her deputy, Meisi Bolaños Weiss, while Yzquierdo, who had held the position since 2015, will be replaced by his deputy, Eduardo Rodríguez Dávila.
