* Bolivia’s economy minister Luis Arce has told reporters that he is forecasting 4.5% economic growth and 4% inflation in 2019. Arce said that the main growth drivers were expected to be public administration services (6.9%), restaurants & hotels (5.6%), and agriculture (5.4%). According to the most recent (December 2018) report from the United Nations Economic Commission for Latin America & the Caribbean (Eclac), Bolivia’s GDP growth was 4.4% in 2018 – the highest in South America – while it is forecasting 4.3% GDP growth in 2019.
