MEXICO-US | Bilateral border security plan agreed. On 3 March in Brownsville, Texas, Mexican Interior Minister Carlos Abascal and US Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff signed an 'action plan' to combat violence and improve public safety along the common border.
