Colombia by Luciano Marín Arango (‘Iván Márquez’) that he and other leaders of the Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia (Farc) were rejecting the peace agreement and resuming an armed struggle against the government. This may, or may not, change the dynamics of the country’s armed groups.
