Thousands of supporters turned out in the district of Barrancas de Belgrano in the City of Buenos Aires for the start of President Mauricio Macri’s ‘30 cities in 30 days’ campaign on 28 September ahead of presidential elections on 27 October. The reception will not be as warm elsewhere in the country, despite hostility to Kirchnerismo running deepest in urban centres.
