* Cuba's foreign trade and investment minister, Rodrigo Malmierca, has opened the country's fourth investment forum within the framework of the capital Havana’s annual International Trade Fair (Fihav 2019) running from 4-8 November. As part of the inauguration, Malmierca presented the country’s investment opportunities portfolio for 2019-2020, which consists of 460 economic and social investment projects totalling US$11.7bn.
