Vizcarra hit by double blow in Peru

Over the course of the last week Peru’s President Martín Vizcarra has suffered two notable setbacks to the anti-corruption agenda that underpins his popularity. Taken together they increase the chance of an unfavourable outcome for Vizcarra in the congressional elections on 26 January next year.
